SMS program and enrollment

Wiggle In, LLC offers optional appointment and account text updates for pet owners and participating veterinary practices. This is a transactional notification program, not a marketing subscription. Public enrollment is not open yet.

Pet owners

  1. Sign in to the Wiggle In app and open Profile & Settings. Add your mobile number to your contact details.
  2. Text Messages is off for a new enrollment. Turning it on opens “Get Text Messages?” showing the destination number, the disclosure below, and direct Terms and Privacy links.
  3. Choose “Allow Texts” to consent, or “Not Now” to continue without SMS. Consent is separate from Terms acceptance and is not required to book.

Veterinary practice contacts

  1. An authorized practice owner or administrator signs in to the practice portal and opens the notification settings in the practice profile’s Defaults section.
  2. Select Text / SMS and enter the notification mobile number. Read the disclosure and linked policies.
  3. Check the separate, initially unchecked consent box confirming authorization to receive texts at that number, then save the changes. Leaving SMS off does not prevent portal use.

I agree to receive recurring text messages from Wiggle In, LLC about my account, veterinary appointment requests and status updates, reminders, cancellations, and deposit/refund updates. Message frequency varies based on my booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of booking or purchase. Changing your choice

Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. You can also turn off SMS in your app or portal settings. If you previously replied STOP, reply START or UNSTOP to remove the carrier’s block, then give fresh consent in the app or portal. Changing the destination number requires fresh consent. Owner consent never enrolls a practice contact, and practice consent never enrolls an owner.
